I know these guys and I was so excited when they opened their own shop! It's family run owned and operated. They have tons of experience and finally left the larger dealerships to start their own business with integrity and honesty. I brought my old Ranger in for a power steering issue and steering rack I had installed from a prior mechanic. They handled negotiations with the parts dealer to get me a new steering rack, remanufactured. However, that rack failed after a month! Todd(the owner) immediately got me in and handled the replacement warranty and covered the labor costs, only asked for help paying for the alignment. Super fair, really fast service and I can't recommend them enough.

Todd and his team are wonderful. I went in for an oil change and to get my snow tires put on. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication too! There was a little hiccup at the beginning but they made it right immediately. Would recommend them to anyone and will!

My much-loved 2007 XJ8 (raised it from a kitten) went totally dead on me. Turned out the major problem was a short in the alternator, which destroyed it and wanted to start an engine fire. Work was done promptly, well, and with full disclosure at every step. Very impressed. First time customer, too.

I have dealt with a lot of shops here in Missoula as well as Kalispell and as far east as Bozeman. This is by far one of the best shops in western Montana. Todd is clearly focused on customer service and integrity. He went out of his way to take care of us and charged much less than I was expecting based on dealing with other shops in the area. The customer service aspect and attention to detail is going to continue to make this the best shop in Missoula. This is now the only shop we'll use.

Todd and the folks at Global are incredible beyond words! Without exception, whenever I have an issue, whether major mechanical or something as slight as a slow tire leak, they are available at the drop of a hat. What’s remarkable is that it’s not without notice that they are also absolutely inundated with work and yet always seem to have time to help. Never have I showed up where I wasn’t greeted with a smile, a handshake, and an eagerness to resolve my issues. Further, the reasonability in their pricing is without compare. Wow! The dealership had my vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks and kept lying to me. Global auto service told me the truth, gave me reasonably priced estimates, and got me back into my vehicle after only two days. They offered me a loaner car while mine was in the shop as well. My company also has a fleet of 35 vehicles and he was able to re-key a vehicle and do drivetrain troubleshooting and repairs quickly. Super quick. Extremely kind. Todd is a fantastic dude and I trust him with all of my vehicles.
